Real Food for Life is a comprehensive, hands-on nutrition and cooking program. The goal of the program is to help transform people’s relationship to food as a major source of health, enjoyment, and cultural affirmation.
Real Food for Life recipes use many of the foods grown in the gardens and offered at the produce markets allowing the food to be prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Real Food for Life clases are led by volunteer chefs and dieticians who love to share healthy cooking techniques. The classes are available for WORKS children, youth and adults.
